Together in Impact: Celebrating Our 2025 Annual Report
This year reminded us, again, that belonging is not a soft idea. It is prevention. It is what keeps a young person close enough to possibility that healing can begin.
At Elevate Youth Services, connection was our intervention. In kitchens and hallways, over shared meals and late-night texts, in the moments that quietly change the direction of a life. Statewide, hundreds of young people slept indoors who otherwise might not have. Thousands of meals were shared. Young people found housing, stayed in school, and came back after setbacks. Not because of a program, but because someone stayed. Because they were not alone.
You are part of that. Whether you gave, showed up, spread the word, or simply believed this work mattered, your presence is woven into what we built this year. That is what resilience looks like up close. Not a young person pulling themselves up, but a community that refused to let go. We are proud of what we made together, and we want you to see it. Read our annual report to explore this year’s full impact, and if it moves you, share it with someone who needs to know this work exists.
