Video Game Building Workshop
Learn the step-by-step process of designing, programming, and building your own simple video game. Using GameMaker—a free and beginner-friendly app—instructor Aylwin Morgan will guide you through turning creative ideas into code, and code into a playable game.
No prior experience is required, making this a great introduction to game development. Bringing a laptop with GameMaker installed is highly recommended, though the BTC will have a limited number of computers available.
Registration is encouraged to guarantee your spot—and reserve a computer if needed—but drop-ins are welcome as space allows.

Monday D&D with Dungeon Master McCracken
The tale of Pesta has a way of settling into those who hear it, and most will find it difficult to forget. It is, at its heart, a tale that moves through places and people alike, touching some briefly, lingering with others. An encounter here, a rumor there, a shadow that seems familiar even when one cannot say why.
Table rules: No devices (except for gaming purposes, at the DM's discretion.)
Registration is not required, but preferred, and it guarantees you a seat. You can register here: https://forms.gle/m1uYXYguWTh7m46W6

National Life Group Do Good Fest
The lineup has been announced for this year’s National Life Group Do Good Fest® on Saturday, July 11. Three multi-platinum bands, Neon Trees, Toad the Wet Sprocket, and Smash Mouth, along with Augustana will play on National Life’s back lawn which features a stunning backdrop of the Green Mountains. A DJ will kick off the day, followed by the grand prize winner of the National Life Group Beats for Good high school musician contest.
“This is going to be our biggest year yet,” said National Life Group Chair, CEO and President, Mehran Assadi. “Where else can you relax with your family and friends, listen to a full day of incredible music, and take in the view for a $10 general admission ticket that will go to support children’s mental health?”
