Urgent Family Crises: We’re available 24/7 for urgent matters regarding runaway youth, family conflict, and emergency shelter for youth. We encourage families and individuals to call 802-229-9151 to speak to a central intake specialist who can answer any questions and walk you through the referral process.

Mental Health Emergencies: Call the Washington County Mental Health Screeners at (802) 229-0591 or 911.

Community Partners: Elevate Youth Services Central Intake Team adds referrals to our system and forwards them to the appropriate clinicians.  If you are a community partner, please complete our referral form and preliminary release of information form and submit it to referrals@elevateyouthvt.org We also have a Central Intake FAQ to guide you.

Many services are provided free of charge. We accept Medicaid and most major insurances in payment for counseling services and also use a sliding-scale fee system. No one is turned away because they cannot pay.
