Youth Engagement Specialist - Basement Teen Center-Montpelier
Elevate Youth Services exists to ensure that young people have what they need to build the lives they want to live and become the people they want to be. Our work is grounded in the belief that healing, growth, and belonging happen in relationship. Through a Community of Care, we create spaces where young people experience safety, connection, joy, and opportunities to discover who they are and who they want to become.
The Basement Teen Center is one of those spaces.
Located in downtown Montpelier, the Basement Teen Center is a free drop-in space for youth ages 12–17. It is a place where young people can show up as they are, connect with trusted adults, build friendships, access resources, explore their interests, and experience a sense of belonging.

Youth Engagement Specialist - HOP Houses - Plainfield, VT
Our work is grounded in a Community of Care, a coordinated and relational network of supports that surrounds young people with safety, connection, and opportunity across programs, people, and places. Within this model, housing is not the end goal. It is a foundation for belonging, stability, and growth.
The Youth Engagement Specialist is a key part of this continuum. This role provides consistent, day-to-day support and connection for young people living in HOP House, helping to create a space that feels safe, welcoming, and grounded in respect. (click on job title for full description)
