Director of Community-Based Youth Spaces

The Director of Community-Based Youth Centers holds the shared vision, structure, and accountability for Elevate's teen and young adult centers in Barre and Montpelier. This person makes it possible for each Basement Director to lead their own site well while ensuring that both centers remain safe, welcoming, youth-centered, financially responsible, and connected to the larger work of Elevate Youth Services. The Director is both an internal leader and an external bridge-builder. They protect the integrity of the model, build the relationships that sustain it, and step in when either center needs additional leadership or support.
Director of the Barre Basement Center

The Barre Basement Director is the leader of the day-to-day operations of one of Elevate's community-based teen centers. They create the conditions in which young people feel safe, wanted, known, and free to be themselves. This is a deeply relational role and also a highly practical one. The Basement Director leads the site team, keeps the center running, responds to what young people bring through the door, and builds a culture where joy, honesty, accountability, and belonging can live together.
VCRHYP Projects Administrator
Unique opportunity to serve as a member of a 3-person administrative leadership team that supports a statewide network of frontline social services providers, the Vermont Coalition of Runaway and Homeless Youth Programs (VCRHYP). This statewide program of Elevate Youth Services offers administrative services and technical assistance to our network partners, who operate housing, emergency shelter, and supportive services programs for youth and young adults age 12 - 24 through five federally-funded projects. The VCRHYP Projects Administrator is an essential member of our team, providing knowledgeable and friendly administrative support that is crucial to the success of federal Family and Youth Services Bureau’s (FYSB) Runaway and Homeless Youth (RHY) Programs and the Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program (YHDP).
Youth Engagement Specialist - HOP Houses - Plainfield, VT
