DCF Licensed Residential Program

When young people in foster care can’t stay with their families and no foster home is available, they need a safe place to go. Elevate Youth Services’ DCF Licensed Residential Program provides a supportive, stable environment where youth can live, grow, and prepare for adulthood. Serving youth ages 16–19, the program offers 24/7 care, personalized support, and a path toward independence.

Program Highlights

  • Serves up to 5 residents at a time
